Incorrect Level

If you have an active membership, ensure that you have access to the level of information you’re attempting to access.
For example, if you just joined us then you have access to Level One. In your second month you’ll receive access to Level Two information and so forth.

why can’t I access month 2? I’ve been charged for it!

The system should automatically update your level upon renewal. We have manually updated your level and will look into this issue.

now I can access level 2, but not level one anymore.
getting very frustrated (not the point of this exercise, eh?). Able to access “how to overcome chaos….” but rest of articles respond with that damn 404′d gnarly dude message or that I don’t have access to that level (paid for two months at this time). And please don’t tell me to forward complaints to the help desk – there is no “desk” to correspond with on the page, and none of the articles address this concern – at least none that I can quickly ascertain – and at this point, self-diagnosing and remedying would only add to my level of frustration. help
I still get incorrect level when I click on anything in level 2.
I too am getting frustrated- I ordered and paid for creativity booster over a month ago and have not received the download or a comment from anybody .This is very poor PR work on your part.I also ordered the mothly downloads But if I don’t at least get an e-mail from whoever is in charge I will cancel everything. I would urge you to take immediate action or you will lose my business.
